Yoga will improve flexibility, muscle strength and help avoid joint problems. Slow stretching movements with proper breathing, assist in maintaining strong joints and reducing toxins in the physical body. Channels of proper communication within the mind and body are restored and maintained.  Our approach to yoga honest, methodical, down to earth and it is our Mantra that success will only be achieved, when there is a realistic and measurable plan. As an active participant you will experience dramatic shifts in lifestyle and changes in the way you think, look and feel.

Byron Miller

Byron Miller has studied and practiced multiple eastern disciplines for the past 30 years. He is a Certified Expert in Ashtanga/Power Yoga, QiGong and leads advanced meditation curriculum. His sessions are challenging, diverse and are rooted in the passage of chi stimulated by "pranayama" breathing. After a session the sensation is one of exhilaration, you will be purified mind and body and be filled with the spirit of “life force." Through CalYoga's 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training programs, Byron Miller has privately certified over 50 qualified yoga students over the past 3 years.
